Hemp (SEEDS!) In My Salad

As I've mentioned in previous posts I've been using a range of Linwoods seeds to add to my meals. This evening I made a rather tasty salad to go along with my smoked salmon. I added some Linwoods shelled organic hemp seeds. Hemp contains those important fatty acids, Omega 3, 6 and 9. I have no idea what those numbers stand for, but they seem important. If you're a vegetarian and looking for an alternative protein source then Hemp seed will help fill that hole in your diet. Hemp is also rich in Iron, magnesium and protein - again, all things god for you.
